Pastor Sage

Sage A. Jones is the founder of Transformation Center and is deeply rooted in a legacy of faith, service, and ministry. Sage credits her Christian walk, faith, and spiritual foundation to her parents, whose life, guidance, teaching, and example helped shape her life and calling. Their spiritual heritage continues to influence and inspire her ministry journey today.

Beginning as a young church musician, Sage had the opportunity to cultivate and develop her gifts over many years of faithful service within the church. Through serving alongside and under the leadership of numerous pastors and ministry leaders, she gained valuable wisdom, exposure, and experience that contributed greatly to her personal and spiritual development as a leader.

After many years serving as a Minister of Music, Sage accepted the call into pastoral care and ministry leadership — a journey marked by seasons of isolation, healing, training, and spiritual refinement. Through those experiences, God continued preparing and equipping her for the work of ministry.

Today, Sage is passionate about helping others experience healing, restoration, spiritual growth, and transformation through faith in God. Her desire is to create spaces where individuals can encounter hope, renewal, and purpose while being empowered to walk fully in their calling.

Guided by Romans 12:2, Sage believes true transformation begins with the renewing of the mind and the healing of the heart.

I strive to live out my faith through service, compassion, encouragement, and creating safe spaces for others to heal and grow. Whether through the Ministry of music, prayer, or simply being present for those in need, I believe faith should be demonstrated through love and action. My desire is to uplift and support the community by helping others find hope, restoration, and purpose while reflecting the heart of Christ in everyday life.
